Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure advertising partnerships across our social media platforms;
• Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients, tailoring pitches to align with their marketing objectives;
• Negotiate and close profitable deals, ensuring a win-win for both our brand and our clients;
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling ad packages that showcase our audience reach and engagement;
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and client satisfaction.

Requirements (Hard & Soft skills):

• Proficiency in English;
• Proven track record in social media advertising sales, or a related digital marketing sales role;
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, and targeting capabilities;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and translate them into sales insights;
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets;
• Willingness to work in the U.S. time zone.
