Responsibilities:
Direct all sales activities including strategic planning, managing forecasts, data analysis, leadership and pipeline sales development
Influence customers to utilize company services and provide creative solutions to win new client business and grow existing business
Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and prospects
Collaborate with the senior executive team to create sales goals for North America and achieve internal company alignment,
Develop and motivate the lead generation team to deliver high quality prospects, ensure attainment of individual KPIs and deliver on collective goals.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual net revenue goals and ensure compliance of the sales team with company standards for revenue recognition and receivables
Act as a consultative digital technology solutions provider to publishers, affiliate networks and e-commerce brands.
Your knowledge of our product offerings combined with your negotiation skills will optimize the opportunity and success of our client partners
Drive results and growth by establishing/maintaining excellent customer relationships
Win as a sales team by working together across departments and being open to new ideas, strategies and innovations to help our partners realize success
Articulate client needs and expectations to team members when structuring client needs, presentation and proposal activity
Assess the competitive landscape and stay apprised of how to respond to changes in the e-commerce marketplace
Participate in all relevant industry conferences and events throughout North America and represent BestToolBars to enhance our exposure in the marketplace
Monitor sales accountability tools to properly forecast sales and ensure they are properly input and updated to capture all opportunities and measure revenue growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Business or related field
Generally requires 3-5 years related sales experience
Prefer e-commerce technology solution sales within North America
Experience developing direct sales through email, LinkedIn and phone communications
Experience with sales training and motivation development for the team
Experience creating professional sales marketing materials such as media kits, presentations, one sheets, and other document required for sales
Experience with the entire sales funnel including leads, research, presentations to existing clients and new prospects
Requires deep industry experience, proven sales accomplishments and a broad base of e-commerce industry connections
Extensive experience with successful contract and pricing negotiations
Must have the ability to identify and resolve issues and maintain positive employee and customer relations
Possess knowledge and an understanding of how to track key metrics in sales activity, prospecting, lead generation, revenue reporting and forecasting
Consultative approach to problem solving and client needs analysis
Proficiency with CRM sales tools preferred
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and strong follow up sales skills
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills are necessary
