The marketing agency is looking for senior experts in B2B outbound lead generation through Email/ LinkedIn in the international market.
Relevant experience:
- SDR (Sales Development Representative)
- Sales Manager
- Business Development Manager
You will generate and qualify traffic at the top of the B2B funnel. Your final result and KPI is a scheduled call with a qualified lead for the Sales Team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing client projects for B2B lead generation
- Communicating with clients
- Managing a team of assistants for delegating manual tasks
- Utilizing the IT team to automate processes (implement custom data scraper e.g.)
Required Skills:
- B2B outbound lead generation through Email / LinkedIn in the international market
- Client management skills – for independently handling clients and communication
- English proficiency at C1 level – comfortable verbal and written communication with US/EU-based client teams
- Project management skills – for effective delegation to assistants and collaboration with the IT team
- Problem-solver mindset – we are growing quickly and moving fast, so a similar mentality is needed
