We are looking for a talented Lead Backend Developer (Rust) who is interested in building the future alongside us.
As a Lead Backend Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend infrastructure that powers our innovative fintech services. You’ll work with a modern technology stack, leveraging the power of Rust to build high-performance, scalable, and secure systems. This is an opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects and shape the future of finance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend for fintech services, integration with payment services, and performance optimization;
- Create APIs for seamless interaction: design and build APIs for our UI and connect with crypto exchange APIs;
- Ensure code quality: write all types of tests (unit, functional, etc.) to keep our code solid;
- Taking part in building the project architecture.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience in backend software development, including any programming language;
- Commercial experience as a developer on Rust;
- Deep understanding of data management technologies, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, and Nats;
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Git;
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and CI/CD (ideally GitLab);
- Understanding of the subject area — trading (exchanges, brokers, investments), operations with currencies (conversion, exchange, banking);
- Interest in the topic of cryptocurrencies and fintech.
