Gartwell is an international technology company with offices in the United Kingdom. We build high-load real-time solutions in the fields of streaming, video, and communications. Our product has been on the market for over 10 years, and our team is mature and experienced. We are developing both a web platform and mobile applications, and we are now looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer to strengthen the team and take on a key role in advancing our web and mobile solutions.
🌍Responsibilities:
-Lead the development of the web version of the product: architecture, design, implementation.
-Develop functionality on both frontend and backend (full-cycle, 80% hands-on coding).
-Contribute to the development of the mobile app in Flutter (architecture, code review, complex cases).
-Work with real-time features: WebSocket, streaming, high-load systems.
-Collaborate with a multi-stack team (web + Flutter + backend + DevOps + QA).
-Make technical decisions and set the direction of development.
-Automate processes and improve code quality.
-Manage the project and coordinate the team (20% coordination, without managerial bureaucracy).
🧩Tech Stack
Frontend:
-TypeScript, Vue, React, Solid
-Deep understanding of native JavaScript (a big plus)
Backend:
-TypeScript
-HTTP, WebSocket, client-server architectures
Mobile:
-Flutter (Dart), Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C
🛠Requirements:
-7–10+ years of commercial development experience.
-Strong full-stack expertise: frontend + backend + understanding of mobile development.
-Experience working with different architectures and complex systems.
-Solid knowledge of TypeScript and at least one framework: Vue / React / Solid.
-Understanding of native JavaScript and its internal mechanisms.
-Experience with HTTP, WebSocket, and real-time systems.
-Mobile development experience: Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C.
-High level of independence and ability to take responsibility for the product.
-Understanding of how to launch and deliver solutions to production.
