Human Lab is seeking a Marketing specialist for Web3 project. The project a unique Web3 platform for mini-quests, inspired by popular platforms like Galxe https://www.galxe.com/, Zealy https://zealy.io/, and Layer3 https://layer3.xyz/.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs, aiming to attract millions of active users post-launch.
Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Create compelling content and marketing strategies tailored for both Web2 and Web3 audiences.
Collaborate with influencers to boost brand recognition and drive motivated traffic.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies to enhance audience engagement.
Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a marketing specialist.
Proven experience in marketing, including working with motivated traffic and creating campaigns for Web2 and Web3 spaces (preferred).
Familiarity with TMA (Telegram Mini Apps).
Strong understanding of gamification and game mechanics.
Strong analytical and planning skills with experience managing budgets.
Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and current market trends is a plus. (Focus will primarily be on Web2 audiences.)
Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.
