All Funeral Services is providing comprehensive solutions for cemeteries, crematoriums, funeral directors, and vendors. We aim to enhance traditional practices with cutting-edge technology, ensuring the highest standard of care and support for our clients.
Our product
Our flagship product, the AFS Cemetery Workstation, is a customizable digital platform that streamlines operations such as mapping, sales, records management, and aftercare, suitable for both small and large establishments.
Our team & processes
As of today, our department consists of 11 people: 3 lead-gen, 6 pre-sales as well as 2 sales managers. The usual sales cycle lasts about 3 months. The median client check amounts to $30k. Direct rapport is to our beloved Sales Team Lead.
The domain you’re going to be responsible for stretches from receiving a qualified lead and – once your part is done – handling over a ‘warm’ one having set up a demo call, given that the potential client followed through on his/her promise to show up.

Your responsibilities & goals
Make sure qualified leads (handed over by the lead gen team) are properly catered to, so that:
– they see you as their trusted specialist & a responsible representative of our company
– they end up confirming a personal demo attendance
– you always make sure to facilitate the handover smoothly as well as that they actually show up to the demo (which is where a sales manager takes over)
– you valuable considerations while collaborating closely with the sales team to perfect the strategies and tactics for successful conversions are backed by actual data and use cases
utilizing & maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of your activities in our CRM tool becomes a habit for you
You have
– C1-C2 level of business English
– 1+ years of experience in B2B sales OR customer success/support, preferably within the SaaS industry, English-speaking markets
– Solid understanding of North American (USA & Canada) markets & experience working with US-based clients
– Proven cases of exceeding sales quotas by fostering strong client relationships
Proficiency in using sales tools such as CRM systems
Interview Stages (<1,5 week in total)
– A 30-45 min interview with our fabulous recruiter who knows a thing or two about sales (expect a speedy mock sales call right away!)
