The Role:
We are looking for an AI/LLM Backend Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions with a focus on LLM development, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases. You will work on agentic AI platforms, transcription/text-to-speech services, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, while ensuring performance, scalability, and security in enterprise environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral).
• Build agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Implement RAG pipelines with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, ChromaDB).
• Develop backend APIs and services in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) for AI platforms.
• Deploy AI services in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Monitor, optimize, and document AI services for enterprise-grade deployment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Python backend experience and API development skills.
• Experience with LLM development, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector DBs and hybrid search engines.
• Knowledge of LangChain/LlamaIndex or equivalent AI agent frameworks.
• Cloud deployment, containerization, and CI/CD experience.
• Observability, caching, and performance optimization skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Knowledge distillation, quantization (LoRA, GGUF).
• Frontend prototyping (Streamlit, Gradio, React).
• Enterprise security & compliance experience.
