About the Company
Ownary is an early-stage startup. We are building the MVP of a platform for real estate tokenization. The goal is simple — let people invest in real assets through digital shares. We already have funding, founding team and design. Now we need a technical leader to take ownership of the architecture and guide the first product steps.
What You Will Do
Lead development from scratch
Design the architecture of the web platform and blockchain layer
Develop and test smart contracts
Integrate fiat payment providers and crypto wallets
Connect ready-made KYC and AML solutions
Build and manage a small engineering team
Work directly with the founders and influence key decisions
What We Expect
7+ years of experience in web and blockchain development
Proven track record launching projects from scratch as a team lead
Strong skills with Node.js, React/Next.js, Solidity
Solid understanding of distributed systems and security
Experience integrating payment systems
Ensure transparent processes for the founders, including clear reporting, task tracking, and regular updates.
English at a level comfortable for team and investor communication
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech or Web3 startups
Hands-on with databases and DevOps
Familiarity with KYC/AML platforms
