SERM Manager
We are PointPay, a leading crypto services ecosystem offering a wide range of products, including a cryptocurrency exchange, wallet, payment solutions, and a launch platform. Our mission is to provide financial freedom by leveraging blockchain technology, making secure and accessible financial tools available to everyone.
Operating globally in 19 languages, PointPay bridges the gap between traditional banking and blockchain with our proprietary off-chain transfer technology and PointPay token (PXP). We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to enhance our digital presence and foster meaningful engagement with our audience.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and manage the online reputation of the project by analyzing search results, articles, and mentions
– Create and implement reputation management strategies, including SEO optimization and content promotion
– Develop and distribute positive content through media, blogs, and social platforms
– Work closely with copywriters to craft compelling narratives that enhance brand perception
Requirements:
– Proven experience in online reputation management, SERM, or related fields
– Strong understanding of SEO optimization and search engine algorithms
– Proficiency in tools for reputation monitoring and SEO analysis
– Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve brand perception
– Experience in content creation, journalism, or PR is a plus
