We are searching for a skilled Back-End Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in building transactional, high-load systems— especially in the financial domain — and is passionate about performance, reliability, and large-scale integration.
What We’re Looking For:
— 2-3+ years of backend development experience in high-load environments, ideally in fintech or banking systems.
— Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience building scalable APIs using FastAPI.
— Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL: query optimization, transaction management, and ensuring data integrity in mission-critical systems.
— Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures.
— Practical experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) for real-time and batch data processing.
— Proven ability to design and implement backend flows that guarantee performance, reliability, and data consistency.
— Experience integrating AI/ML-powered services into backend systems (e.g., fraud detection, analytics, recommendation engines).
— Familiarity with microservices architectures and best practices for modular, maintainable codebases.
— Fluent in English.
