Product Designer

Rendeavour, Africa’s leading new-city developer ($5B+ portfolio), is looking for a visionary Product Designer to build and scale a unified design system across multiple countries. Remote position with business travels to Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria.

What you’ll do:
● Lead and grow a team of product & brand designers
● Build a cross-platform Rendeavour Design System
● Shape brand identity across apps, web, and offline environments
● Oversee UX/UI for mobile, web, and agent tools
● Drive user research and turn insights into design decisions
● Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering
● Ensure accessibility, localization & design quality across markets
● Present design strategy to senior leadership

We’re looking for:
— 5+ years in design, 3+ in leadership
— Strong portfolio in UX/UI, branding & design systems
— Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Suite
— Experience influencing cross-functional teams
— Understanding of African markets is a plus
