Sharp Developers is a mobile / web development team providing custom software development and team augmentation services for IT startups and industry leaders like: IT consulting, retail, fintech, travel, sports, medicine, entertainment, media, industrial etc. Our clients are mostly from the US and Europe markets.

– We are a distributed team and we have an extensive geography: someone works in Turkey, someone in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, EU countries – we all meet in common Slack chats, where we discuss and celebrate important events online and share expertise without getting up from the couch.

Our clients are product development companies in various fields: fintech, travel, sports, medicine, entertainment, media, industrial. We work on more than 30 projects. We interact deeply with the client, and under long-term contracts we work as the client's department outside  – 1) we understand the client's tasks 2) we select people based on the specifics of not only the technology, but also the culture of the client company 3) our employees have been working on projects for several years 4) our people simultaneously participate in the internal affairs of our company (conferences, one-to-one, technical leaders and pmos discuss what is happening on each other's projects, evaluate our other employees, etc.). In addition, we also have outsourcing.

Our development stack – ​​React Native, React, Angular, Node js, .Net Core, .NET Server Side, Razor, Python, AWS, Azure. And we continue extending that list.

We are a distributed team – you can work from any place in the world ensuring silence, good internet connection, availability and proper environment .

Now we’re looking for a strong Sales manager to boost our Sales team. You’ll be in charge of communicating with prospective clients and close deals into contracts (Upwork + Linkedin). Preferably to have a strong network.

What to do:

  • Active work on the UpWork platform with clients brought by the Leadgen team
  • Active search and attraction of potential clients on other sites (LinkedIn, CrunchBase, ZoomInfo and etc.)
  • Review of the communication with potential leads, scripts and objection handling improvement
  • MQL-SQL conversion, deal-making.
  • Create offers and process/ballpark estimation presentations for potential clients.
  • Sales and pre-sales activities.
  • Negotiating with current and potential clients. Lead’s nurturing.
  • Working with technical staff to meet customer needs (project evaluation, requirements negotiation with the customer, problem solving, fast reaction and proposal formulation, objection’s handling, competitors research)
  • Analysis of sales trends and market dynamics.
  • Keep up with the latest tech trends in the industry
  • Process following (+ clean CRM and pipeline maintenance)
  • Constant learning and improvement
  • Proactivity and flexibility
  • Providing demand to the resource management team

Requirements

– English level – C1 is a must!

– Successful experience in sales for IT businesses – project management, outsource projects, outsaff services – 2+ years is a must!
– Understanding of Custom Software development, being familiar with technologies on the high-level

– Experince with Upwork – knowledge of algorithms and specific conditions dealing on Upwork)

– Experience working with tools like Jira, Trello, Google Drive, etc.

– Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers;

– Sales proactive approach, sales skills and techniques to close the deal, based on previous experience.

– Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented.

– Result-driven, proactive, independent, and self-motivated person.

– Highly organised, self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
