We’re looking for a talented person to join our Sales team in IT Outsourcing company
Compensation: $2k (base) + % bonus
We develop software for start-ups and established companies, mostly from the US and Europe specialising in banking, travel, retail, entertainment, industrial, medical, financial and other fields.
At the moment our company is running about 30 projects simultaneously. We build long-lasting partnerships with our clients. The average duration of successful projects is 2 years and more. We are looking for a Sales Manager in order to grow our company.
Requirements:
✅English, spoken and written, С1
✅Successful work experience as a Sales Manager / Business development manager in a company offering software development services to foreign clients
✅Own selling experience
✅Experience selling services on Upwork
Responsibilities
✅Searching for clients on UpWork, identifying their needs, and signing contracts
✅Preparing bids (custom proposals for clients), messaging and holding calls with them, lead generation, and qualifying clients found through UpWork
✅Managing the company’s UpWork account
✅Communicating with the development team for project estimation
✅Achieving monthly KPIs and meeting quarterly sales targets

Salary consists of a fixed part + % of new sales
