Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts (mostly B2B);
- Identify key partners’ needs through daily communications and customer development sessions;
- Onboard clients to the platform;
- Help with setting up and optimizing client’s campaigns;
- Report, keep track of the pipeline in our CRM system, maintain financial records;
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients;
- Travel when necessary to meet clients in person at industry conferences;
- Conduct regular market research and analysis, networking;
- Onboard, mentor and train new employees (once you are comfortable with it).
Qualifications:
- CPM Ad Networks experience 3+ years, experience in gambling/betting segments;
- Deep understanding of digital market, knowledge of key players;
- Familiar with traffic optimization approaches, previous affiliate experience would be great;
- Knows to tell the difference between CPA, CPM and CTR without googling it;
- Understands the principles of tracking traffic, can explain what is a postback;
- Can engage in a consultative mode to understand and capitalize on clients needs;
- Result-oriented, solicitous, proactive;
- Proficient English.
