Aurus LLC – new Russian luxury automotive brand manufacturer.

 IT infrastructure launch for Aurus HQ.
 Specifications development for hardware, software, and infrastructure, purchasing
and interaction with suppliers, deployment, and implementation.

Achievements:
 Launched IT infrastructure in HQ’s office (~70 employees) from scratch – network,
PCs, telephony etc.
 Implemented Microsoft Office 365 products (MS Office 365 + MS Teams) with
further migration to MS Azure infrastructure from legacy “on-premise” solution
(AD, mailboxes, licenses and so on).
 Received good understanding of modern equipment, technologies, and solutions
(Clouds, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
 Performed more than 40 tenders for IT infrastructure, software and equipment
purchasing, which covered all the requirements for HQ and production.
 Implemented solutions and infrastructure allowed to perform seamless shift into
the remote mode for Company’s employees during COVID restrictions.

JV “Ford Sollers” automotive manufacturer - is a joint venture between American car manufacturer Ford Motor Company and Russian Sollers, responsible for the production, import and distribution of all Ford brand products, including vehicles, parts and accessories, in Russia.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation project for Ford Silverton VO
plant, South Africa. JV’s own application developed based on 1C Enterprise platform.
Responsible for:

Ford’s Central Product Driven Operations teams (worldwide).
 Single point of contact role for WMS implementation from supplier’s side.
 Ford systems business trainings, site surveys and workshops organization.
Achievements:
 Successful product presentation and negotiation activities.
 Arranged two deep dive onsite surveys for the material handling and business
processes details capturing and analysis, required for the precise system
configuration.
 Data exchange and interaction with other shop floor systems have been configured
and tested for further Application deployment.

Ford of Europe, IT Department (Contracted)

In-Plant implementation Lead - 11/2016 – 11/2018

IT manufacturing systems implementation/upgrade in order to support Ford Focus (4-rd
generation) New Model Launch Programme at Saarlouis VO plant, Germany.
IPI team is a centralized team of IT launch specialists, which goal is to manage, coordinate
and support new applications implementation, in collaboration with local teams (IT,
Manufacturing, VO Manufacturing Engineers) and central teams (Application Development,
Application Management, ITO, Finance etc.).
Responsible for:
 New applications launch coordination.
 Project’s timing definition and compliance.
 Communications between Ford of Europe, Ford of North America, and local IT and
business teams.
 Informational support of local teams related to new systems.
 Issues management and escalation.
 Technical documentation preparation.
 Required hardware and infrastructure specification definition and purchasing
processes support.
 Ford systems business trainings, site surveys and workshops organization.
Achievements:
 For two years, while I was involved into the project, IT section of the programme
has never gone into “red” status.
 Was fully integrated into Ford of Europe IT IPI team, working together with IPI
leads all other the Europe.

processes.
 Communication chains with relevant teams required for effective analysis and
adequate response for changing conditions established.

JV “Ford Sollers” automotive manufacturer

New Ford production systems implementation at 3 Vehicle Operation plants (Elabuga,
Naberezhnye Chelny, Vsevolzhsk) – Quality, Traceability and Error-proofing, electronics tests,
Measurement machines and Quality inspection equipment connectivity and configuration
and data collection systems, ERA-Glonass (Russian e-call system) implementation, ITO
Support model and others.
Supporting new model launches for various Ford brand models: Explorer, Kuga, Mondeo,
Focus, Ecosport, Fiesta, Transit.
Responsible for:
 Ford shop floor systems launch project management.
 Communications between Ford of Europe, Ford of North America, and local IT and
business teams.
 Informational support of local teams regarding Ford systems + second level of
helpdesk support.
 JV IT Single point of contact role for JV ITO support model (interaction with Central
Ford Support teams), issues management and escalation.
 Technical specification definition for interfaces development between Ford’s and
local production systems.

Achievements:
 Full portfolio of Ford Manufacturing IT systems, critical for business, was launched
at 2 VO plants in Russia from scratch.
 Data exchange processes were specified and implemented to support proper data
exchange between Ford and local applications.
 Two years in a row, I was declared as one of IT department’s “top achievers”.
 First Russian car manufacturer who was connected to ERA-Glonass (e-calls) system
for manual and automatic data transmission to support TCU modules registration at
Glonass portal (internal data capturing, processing and transmission solution has
been developed and tested).
 Measurement and quality audit equipment (various vendors, various interfaces –
CMM, Seal Gap, Gaps and Flushes, Air leakage, Wheel alignment, more than 20
devices) connectivity with global measurement database, required for quality
control, reporting and analysis (200+ new reports templates added).
