7. Why didn't my resume pass moderation? Most likely, you did not format your resume in enough detail. We have published guidelines for posting resumes. The further you deviate from the guidelines, the lower the chance of passing moderation.
8. Which Telegram channels does resume cross-posting occur to? If the resume meets the recommendations listed above, it is automatically broadcast to relevant Telegram channels, as well as social networks LinkedIn and VK. You can choose external platforms for cross-posting resumes when publishing them.
9. Can I include links to social networks, messengers, email, phone, etc.? No, all work and communication with participants should take place within the GeekLink platform. Violating this rule leads to account suspension.

12. I represent an outsourcing agency. Can I write/respond to published job openings? No, this is prohibited. Violators' accounts are blocked and added to the blacklist.
13. What are the prohibited topics? Casinos, microloans, dubious online earning methods, esotericism, fortune-telling, astrology, drugs, pornography, copyright infringement.
14. What other rules are there? Please do not write in transliteration or all caps anywhere. It is preferable to use Russian and English languages. Insulting other participants, using foul language, making threats, inciting interethnic strife are prohibited. Do not send spam to participants. If a large number of complaints are received, the account may be blocked.
