The international web3 marketing agency Gagarin is looking for an experienced Head of marketing with excellent understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and experience in this field.

Additionally, we are a Web3 marketing agency that develops and implements go-to-market strategies for startup projects. Our clients include renowned companies such as Wirex, Tectum, Eldarun, and CredeFi.
Responsibilities
– Drive investor traffic to the platform.
– Foster the development of the Gagarin brand in both B2C and B2B markets.
– Manage community engagement: develop and implement retention programs, including managing chat admins.
– Devise and implement strategies for token growth.
– Design improvement programs for the platform and coordinate with the technical team for their implementation.
Requirements:
– At least 1 years of experience in crypto marketing.
– Proficient in using Web3 tools, KOLs marketing, ADS, and various campaign strategies.
– Strong analytical and communication skills; teamwork-oriented.
– Ability to work with analytics services and interpret metrics;
– The ability to anticipate and forecast business trends based on accumulated experience;
– Fluent English (B2 level minimum).
