Salary in Currency and “From/To” Value Range

Over a month of work, the most popular requests by GeekLink recruiters were:

• the ability to specify a salary range “from/to”;
• choice of payment currency.

From IT specialists, we also frequently received feedback about indicating desired salaries in dollars and euros.

Given that many job offers come from foreign companies with the possibility of relocation, participants' wishes are more than fair.

Yesterday we added the above-mentioned capabilities. New fields appeared in the recruiters'/HRs'/direct employers' dashboard form for job postings.

In the resume submission form for IT specialists, we also added the choice of payment currency.
