“Open to Offers” and “Hiring Now” Labels on Avatars

Hello everyone! Today, I will tell you about another useful option, which you are probably already familiar with thanks to other well-known platforms.

Labels on avatars will simplify the job search for specialists, and recruiters will see who is currently open for offers.

For IT Professionals

To set the “Open to Offers” label, you need to go to the profile or status editing and set the corresponding checkbox:

Please note that the label will be visible to all GeekLink members. You can change this setting at any time.

For Recruiters

Members with Recruiter, HR, or Direct Employer profile types get the “Hiring Now” label automatically if they have active vacancies in their accounts.

The appearance of the labels is shown in the image at the top of the post.
